Eligibility

Referrals must result in a new Camp NurseCon booking.

Individuals who have previously attended Camp NurseCon are eligible to be referred, provided they complete a new reservation.

Only individuals with a confirmed Camp NurseCon registration and in good standing may participate as referrers.

Referrer Reward (Limited Edition T-Shirt)
Referrers will receive one exclusive, limited-edition Camp NurseCon t-shirt for successfully referring at least one new attendee.

Limit one (1) t-shirt per referrer, regardless of the number of referrals made.

T-shirts are limited and available while supplies last. NurseCon reserves the right to substitute with an item of equal value if necessary.

Referred Guest Reward ($50 Discount)

Each eligible referred guest will receive a $50 discount applied to their Camp NurseCon registration.

The discount must be applied at the time of booking using one of the following methods:

  • Entering the referrer’s unique referral code in the promo code box, or

  • Booking through the referrer’s designated referral link

Limit one (1) discount per reservation.

Referral Attribution
Referrals must be properly attributed at the time of booking.

Valid attribution methods include:

  • Entering a referral code at checkout

  • Listing the referrer’s name in the “Referred By” field

Referrals that are not recorded at the time of booking may not be eligible for rewards.

Referral Sharing
Referrers may share their referral code with an unlimited number of prospective attendees.

There is no limit to the number of people a referrer may invite.

Combination With Other Offers
This promotion may be combined with other available Camp NurseCon promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

Reward Fulfillment
Referrer rewards will be fulfilled after the referred guest’s registration is confirmed and paid in full.

Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

General Terms
NurseCon reserves the right to verify eligibility, referral validity, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

NurseCon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
