NurseCon at Sea Referral Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Referrals must be new guests who have never previously attended or sailed with NurseCon at Sea.

  • Referrals apply per new stateroom booking, not per individual guest.

  • Only guests with a confirmed reservation on an upcoming NurseCon at Sea sailing and who are in good standing may participate as referrers.

Referrer Rewards (Onboard Spending Credit)

Referrers will receive onboard spending credit (OBC) for each eligible new stateroom booking made using their referral code.

OBC increases with each successful referral:

  • 1st referral: $100 onboard spending credit

  • 2nd referral: $125 onboard spending credit

  • 3rd referral: $150 onboard spending credit

  • 4th referral: $175 onboard spending credit

  • 5th referral: $200 onboard spending credit

  • Each additional successful referral will continue to increase by $25.

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals or the total onboard spending credit that may be earned.

Referred Guest Reward (New Guest)

  • Each eligible new guest will receive $100 onboard spending credit per qualifying stateroom booking.

  • The onboard credit applies to the primary guest on the reservation.

  • The booking must include the referrer’s unique referral code or the referrer must be listed in the “Referred By” section at the time of booking.

  • Limit one referral reward per stateroom booking.

Referral Attribution

  • Referrals must be properly attributed at the time of booking using the designated referral process or referral code.

  • Referrals that are not recorded at the time of booking may not be eligible for referral rewards.

Combination With Other Offers

  • This promotion may be combined with other available offers, including Early Bird or Pay-in-Full discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Onboard Spending Credit Details

  • Onboard spending credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

  • OBC will be applied to the primary guest’s onboard account and will be available for use once onboard the ship.

  • OBC may not be redeemed for cash and is subject to the cruise line’s onboard credit policies and restrictions.

General Terms

  • NurseCon reserves the right to verify eligibility, referral validity, booking status, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • NurseCon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  • Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
