Terms and Conditions

This limited-time referral promotion is available exclusively for select 2026 NurseCon sailings and is valid only during the promotional period outlined below.

Promotion Period

  • Promotion live date: January 14, 2026

  • Promotion end date: February 28, 2026

Eligibility

  • Referrals must be new guests who have never previously sailed with NurseCon.

  • Referrals apply per new stateroom booking, not per individual guest.

  • Only guests with a confirmed reservation on the applicable upcoming NurseCon sailing, and who are in good standing, are eligible to participate as referrers.

Referral Rewards (Referrer)

  • The referrer will receive onboard spending credit for each eligible new stateroom booking referred during the promotion period.

  • OBC per referral will increase by $25 with each additional successful referral, starting at $100 for the first referral:

    • First referral: $100 onboard spending credit

    • Second referral: $125 onboard spending credit

    • Third referral: $150 onboard spending credit

    • Fourth referral: $175 onboard spending credit

    • Fifth referral: $200 onboard spending credit

    • Each additional referral will continue to increase by $25.

  • There is no cap on the total onboard spending credit a referrer may earn during this promotion.

Referee Reward (New Guest)

  • Each eligible new guest (referee) will receive $100 onboard spending credit per qualifying stateroom booking.

  • The onboard spending credit applies only to the primary guest on the reservation and the guest listed in the “Referred By” section, or to guests who book using the referrer’s unique booking code.

  • Limit one referred guest per stateroom booking.

Referral Attribution

  • All referrals must be properly attributed at the time of booking using the designated referral process.

  • Referrals that are not correctly recorded at booking may not be eligible for onboard spending credit.

Prize Competition

  • This promotion includes a referral competition.

  • The guest who refers the highest number of qualifying new stateroom bookings during the promotion period will receive a one-time upgrade to an Aqua Sky Suite stateroom on the applicable 2026 NurseCon sailing, subject to availability and NurseCon approval.

  • This prize is an upgrade only, does not include an additional stateroom, is non-transferable, and has no cash value.

  • A leaderboard will be maintained and shared periodically to reflect referral standings.

  • In the event of a tie, NurseCon reserves the right to determine the winner at its sole discretion.

Combination with Other Offers

  • This promotion may be combined with other available offers, including Early Bird or Pay-in-Full discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Onboard Spending Credit Details

  • Onboard spending credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

  • Onboard spending credit will be applied to the primary guest’s onboard account and will be available for use once onboard the ship.

  • Onboard spending credit may not be redeemed for cash and is subject to standard onboard credit terms.

General Terms

  • NurseCon reserves the right to verify eligibility, referral validity, booking status, and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • NurseCon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
