Eligibility

This Upgrade Bid Program is available only to guests currently booked on NurseCon at Sea 2026 in any eligible stateroom category. Guests must be part of the reservation they are submitting a bid for and must have an active, non-delinquent booking.

Offer Details

  • Bids represent the total increase to the reservation cost, not a per-person amount.

  • If a bid is accepted, the stateroom will be automatically upgraded to the selected category (Concierge Class or AquaClass).

  • Upon acceptance, the upgrade cost will be added to the reservation.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the upgrade has been processed.

  • If a bid is not accepted, no notification will be issued and the reservation will remain unchanged.

Financial Responsibility

  • By submitting a bid, the guest acknowledges full financial responsibility for the upgrade amount.

  • If other guests on the reservation decline to share the upgrade cost, the submitting guest remains solely responsible for the full amount.

  • All accepted upgrades are final and will be billed according to standard NurseCon at Sea payment policies.

Booking Period

Upgrade bids may be submitted at any time while the Upgrade Bid Program is open. Bids will be reviewed and may be accepted at any point based on availability.

Availability

All upgrades are subject to availability at the time of processing. Availability may vary by stateroom type, sailing date, and onboard inventory.

Restrictions

  • This program applies only to existing NurseCon at Sea 2026 reservations.

  • Bids must be submitted through the official NurseCon upgrade form; other methods will not be accepted.

  • Once an upgrade is approved and applied, it is non-refundable.

  • Downgrades may only be accommodated if inventory permits and are not guaranteed.

  • Accepted upgrades may result in changes to deck, location, stateroom size, or layout.

General Terms

NurseCon at Sea reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw the Upgrade Bid Program at any time without prior notice.
Upgrade bids hold no cash value and cannot be transferred to other reservations, guests, or sailings.
All NurseCon at Sea Participation Agreement, Booking Terms, and Guest Policies apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
