Due to the nature of this conference, we do not accept refund or credit requests of any kind. All funds paid are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else you may request to do so (limitations and transfer fees apply). In case of postponement or cancellation of the event by NurseCon at Sea or the cruise line, NurseCon at Sea credit will be provided for future events. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact customer service at support@nursecon.com and we will send a cancellation form. You may also call customer service at 850-318-8830 and we will be happy to assist with emailing a cancellation form. All cancellations must be in writing.
